Our clients have the option to enter their trip
information online or to call in their trips as usual. Some of
the advantages of going online include but are not limited to
1. You will not be on hold waiting to give your
delivery information, it also eliminates the possibility of
miscommunication. There is a comment box for such things as
dolly required, closed for lunch, return to us, mailbox ok, must
get signature. Must be done by a certain time. Anything extra we
need to know to complete the trip correctly and efficiently.
2. You will see the status of the trip e.g.
dispatched, picked up, delivered or finalized in real time
without a phone call.
3. You have the option to print your waybill
right from the screen saving you the time of hand writing each
waybill
4. You even have the option of going paperless,
Our online clients usually get an invoice without waybills, if
that is the case we can even email or fax the invoice. You can
request pdf copies of the waybills sent to you. We would keep
the original waybills on file for 2 years. When doing a delivery
where it is important that you get the original signed copy
back, we suggest you use one of our preprinted waybills as they
are always returned to you.
5. Once the trip is
finalized you will have the pricing there if you need to
bill it out rather than wait for the invoice.
6. You as the administrator of your own account
can control user names and passwords thus controlling who can
access your account.
7. The system will gradually create a database
for you which will save you entering the address and postal code
of each delivery, once it is in your address book database.
(make sure when you enter a trip you also have the save it to
address book icon checked just below the address.)
